Sample inspector narratives
Sole caregiver and person in charge did not have access to records to be reviewed for approximately one hour of inspection. This was corrected when operation director arrived one hour after children were in care.
At the time of the inspection the site director did not arrive until after the children were released from school. A caregiver was present but did not set any items up in preparation for the arrival of the children. The children were not signed in at arrival.
The operations caregiver left in charge did not have access to the staff records.
