Sample inspector narratives

There was no marked and desginated place for a complete first aid kit, clearly marked and known for caregivers.
It was found through the investigation that the group was displaced from their normal class area and did not have immediate access to the first aid kit when a serious injury occurred.
At the time of the inspection the program could not access the cafeteria where the first aid kit was located because the door was locked while the school had a program going on.
