Sample inspector narratives
During the inspection, I observed room 2 has 11 children (mix group age from 6 months to 10 months) with 2 teachers. The walk through was conducted around 8:15 am. The operation will make sure has enough teachers to cover for each classroom. Correct during the inspection.
At 7:23 am, during the walk-through of the operation, I observed 23 children in Room 5. There are 4 children who are 2 years old. The teacher confirmed the children's ages. The operation corrected this deficiency after I question the opening mix group ratio.
The operation combined infant aged children with 18m and older children, in the music room, when combing for the 45 minutes prior to closing.
