In two of the classrooms, there was not a changing mate for diaper changing.
During the inspection it was observed that the diaper changing table in one of the classrooms was equipped with a non-waterproof mattress.
Four diaper changing mats were observed with rips and tares in them. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver replaced the diaper changing mats with new ones.
