Sample inspector narratives
During the investigation inspection, it was found a caregiver was under the influence while caring for children.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a previous caregiver had been observed to have had a nicotine vaporizer pen on their person while they were caring for children.
While interviewing a caregiver they admitted to smoking a vaporizer in front of children while they were outside on the playground. This was corrected when the director informed me that the caregiver was written up and issued a warning.
